Meet Our Movement Coaches

Dr. Adam Kays graduated from Millikin University in Decatur, IL with an Exercise Science degree in 2011 where he also played football and competed as a track and field sprinter.  He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Indianapolis in 2015 and then completed a post-doctorate orthopedic residency from Saint Louis University in 2017.  Adam is a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy, a certified strength & conditioning specialist, a certified dry needling therapist, and is a current Fellow-in-training with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  

Adam's expertise is in treating conditions of the spine and athletic return-to-sport for all ages. He is also very passionate about pathological movement problems and sharing strategies with his patients to improve exercise self-efficacy towards long-term pain relief. 

In his spare time, Adam instructs foundational strength and movement classes for youth athletes and likes outdoor activities such as hiking, kayaking, and snowboarding. 


Bryce Campbell, CSCS, SPT


Bryce graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN with an Exercise Science degree in 2015 where he also played ice hockey. He has worked with hundreds of athletes of all ages, experience levels and sport backgrounds. His expertise spans from U8-U18 ice hockey and lacrosse players to elite masters pickleball athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Bryce's passion for continuing education motivated him to recently return to school at Indiana University in Indianapolis to pursue his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

As a student physical therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist, Bryce is an advocate for teaching lifelong movement  independence, enhancing sport performance and bridging the gap between injury and return-to-play for all ages.  

Outside of the classroom, Bryce spends his time playing ice hockey, weightlifting and hiking.
